How to Create an Account on SwiftCX Platform and Use Our Produc
Welcome to the SwiftCX platform! Follow these steps to create your account and start using our product effectively.
1. Create Web App Account and Connect Zendesk (ZD)
- Sign Up:
- Visit https://app.swiftcx.com/signup
- Fill in the required details to create your account.
- Verify your email address by clicking on the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
- Once your user is verified you will be required to sign in again
- Add your account details

Connect Zendesk:
- Select Zendesk from the list of available integrations.
- Follow the prompts to connect your Zendesk account to SwiftCX.
- Grant the necessary permissions to allow SwiftCX to access your Zendesk data.
- Permissions need to be accepted by a Zendesk admin
- Connect your communications tools or skip if you prefer that
- Create a Webhook connector
- Go to Settings and Create a Webhook connection for your integration
2. Add your Agents in Zendesk
- Log into Zendesk:
- Open your Zendesk dashboard.
- Go to the "Admin Center" section.
- Create Group:
- Under "People," select "Groups."
- Click on "Add Group."
- Name the group (e.g., "SwiftCX Trial Group") and add relevant team members.
- Save the group settings.
3. Install the App and Associate the Group

Install SwiftCX App:
- Use the link provided by the SwiftCX team to install the app.
- Click "Install" and follow the on-screen instructions.

Associate the Group:
- After installation, open the SwiftCX app in Zendesk.
- In the app settings, associate the newly created trial group with the app.

Please note that this setting is for app visibility, tickets don’t need to be assigned to this group

- Authenticate the App:
- Enter your SwiftCX credentials under OAuth Authentication.
- Save the Settings
