How to Create an Account on SwiftCX Platform and Use Our Product

Welcome to the SwiftCX platform! Follow these steps to create your account and start using our product effectively.

1. Create Web App Account

1. Sign Up:

   • Visit https://app.swiftcx.com/signup
   • Fill in the required details to create your account.
   • Verify your email address by clicking on the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
   • Once your user is verified you will be required to sign in again
   • Add your account details

   Once you create the account, the SwiftCX team will enable it for you

1. Connect Front:
   • Go to **Settings > Integrations** and connect your Front account with your user and passwords.
   • Grant the necessary permissions to allow SwiftCX to access your Front data.
     • Permissions need to be accepted by a Front admin
2. Install SwiftCX’s Chrome extension
   • Go to Chrome Webstore and install SwiftCX’s Chrome extension
